Our Delivery to You
We offer FREE SHIPPING for most orders over $100. Simply add your items to your shopping cart and once order is over $100, your order will automatically update to our Free Shipping offer. If you are in a regional or remote area there may be a subsidised delivery rate. For orders under this amount, we offer competitive shipping costs based on the size and weight of your items.
COVID-19 Delivery Update
We will update you as changes occur to our Deliveries. If you have placed an order, we will endeavour to provide you the most up to date delivery advice. All orders are being processed and dispatched same day or next business day.
To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting coronavirus, signatures will not be required for parcel delivery. We will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped in to a local outlet for collection at a convenient time, or returned to the nearest depot for redelivery.
Ensure you leave plenty of time to receive your delivery by ordering well in advance. Deliveries to WA take at least 10 business days. If you have any concerns regarding receiving an order in time, please contact us prior to shipment.
We know you’ll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible, so we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order promptly. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery. We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.
We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. Every light product is tested prior to shipping to ensure all products leave our warehouse in working order, giving you extra product confidence. If anything arrives damaged, you should either refuse the delivery and have it sent back, or take photos immediately of the damage and send them to us via email here so we can make it right as quickly as possible for you. Damage must be reported to us no later than the next business day after delivery or you may not qualify for a replacement or refund, so don’t delay!
All items are dispatched from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Delivery time can take anywhere between 2-10 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may require a longer delivery time of up to 14 days. We will advise cut off times for pre-Christmas deliveries.
Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

Unfortunately we cannot send large or bulky items (e.g. large motifs) to a PO Box. All deliveries must be shipped to either a business or residential street address.
Pick up may be available by appointment or from our Warehouse/Showroom during October to December.
We aim to dispatch all products within 1 working day of your full payment being made (excluding weekends and Qld public holidays).
Please note that deliveries will take place during normal business hours. If nobody is at the premises when delivery is made, then your item will be left in a location deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you do not wish for the item to be left, please contact us when placing your order for alternative arrangements to be made.
