Terms and Conditions 

  • Purchasers, please read all of the Warranty Policy, Postage & Handling Fees, Shipping & Freight Information & Payment Details before you place order.
  • Christmas Complete Pty Ltd is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods unless insurance has been added on. 
If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
  • While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
  • All pictures contained within this web site are for illustration purposes only, but we do endeavour to provide the most accurate pictures as possible.
  • It is not acceptable for refund/replace if buyers merely feel unhappy because the item is not what they expected, or that have simply changed their minds.
  • Insurance is not included in all items, insurance is optional and advised on the invoice during checkout.
  • Bonus Offers on checkout only apply to orders of $20 or more.

Warranty

Products are under warranty for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. 
Proof of purchase must be returned with a product if returned.

  • We endeavour to send you quality products at all times, but occasionally an unforseen problem may arise. We will replace your item if it is found to be faulty within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any faulty items must be contact/returned to us within 7 days. Please email us first before returning.
  • If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer’s expense.
  • We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything
  • All accessories or bonus gifts are not covered by warranty. 
  • The warranty is voided where damage to the product is caused by reason other then manufacturer’s defects, accident, misuse, improper use, abuse, faulty operation contrary to recommended usage, transportation damage or when product has been tampered, altered, modified, converted, repaired or serviced other than by us or when this warranty has been tampered, amended and also on cosmetic damages, wear n’ tear, damage to accessories

Shipping

  • Buyer has to pay for Shipping and Handling Fee Shipping and Handling fee as listed.
  • Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
  • All shipments will be made within 48 hours (Excluding weekends and public holidays) and depart from Victoria after payment has been confirmed.
  • Pickup is not possible.
  • Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or during after hours.
  • Please allow 2 – 10 working days after the proof of payment is provided. This time line depends on which state you are located in and how close or remote you are from a capital city. Please be aware, allow 10 business days for delivery. if you order in less time than that, we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas.
  • Christmas Complete Pty Ltd is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery.
  • Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undeliverable and/or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.
  • All shipping fees quoted in corresponding listings include postage, tracking, and handling fees. If you place the bid that means you agreed for it.
  • Any changes of address after check out will not be considered to be valid.

We accept the following methods of payment only:

Buyers are required to follow the payment instruction on the checkout page.

Returns and Exchange Policies

  • Warranty issue: Please refer to our website for warranty information. Always contact us if you think you may have a warranty issue.
  • Products must be returned with all parts included in their original packing materials, including cartons and boxes.
  • Postage and Handling fee is non-refundable.
  • Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds on good are only given if product is faulty. 
  • Buyer is liable for the freight to return faulty product for warranty, exchange or refund.
  • We are liable for sending replacement or warranty item back to the buyer within 7days , except in the case that the returned item is tested as infact is not faulty. In this case, it is buyer s liability to pay for the freight cost to send the product back to buyer.
